Overcoming Obstacles and Rebuilding Stability

When Shaneese first connected with Goodwill, she was living in sober living with her 10-year-old daughter, pregnant with her second child, and focused on taking the necessary steps to get her life back on track. Navigating major personal transitions while striving toward long-term independence presented real challenges, but through the Workfirst Training (WFT) program, dedicated staff member Amber McVay stepped in to help Shaneese navigate those hurdles head-on. Learn how our programs guide participants through every obstacle.
